We have a 30 year commitment to ensure our customers complete satisfaction. For how long:
SinuPulse Elite® (SP100/SP220V) - 2 years from date of purchase.
SinuPulse Traveler® (SPT300) - 1 year from date of purchase.

What we will do:  If your product arrives damaged or defective within the first 30 days after the date of purchase you can generally return to the original place of purchase for a full refund or replacement subject to the retailers return policy.  Additionally, we will replace at no charge to you - "hassle free".  If returned after 30 days but within the warranty period we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge.  Shipping charges may apply. 

Limitations:  Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. We will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product or property damage caused by your product or its failure to work, or any other incidental consequential damages including personal injury. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

What this warranty does not cover:  Among other things this warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while traveling or in transit, alterations, sales from unauthorized dealers and/or repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, and acts of God.  If your product is not covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service department to determine whether we will repair your product and other repair information, including charges. We at our option, may replace rather than repair your product with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. This warranty is the only one we give on your product and it sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your product.  There are no warranties which extend beyond the description set forth above.

Amazon Customers:  If a SinuPulse product arrives damaged or defective it is eligible for refund or replacement within the first 30 days as per Amazon policy. Amazon may disable the online return tool on select health and personal care product listings for hygiene reasons. If you do not see the refund / replacement option in your orders simply contact Amazon by phone at 888-280-4331 or online by selecting  Account - Customer Service - A delivery, order or return - Select your order - Damaged or defective item - Start a return or replacement. Customers may always contact us directly or our authorized Amazon seller (Plethora) for help with their specific order within their Amazon account using the "Contact Seller" option. They also offer a dedicated and experienced customer support team available by phone or email to assist with your order and address any questions or concerns. Our customers can buy with confidence knowing they have the best warranty protection in the industry since 1996.

Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Health Solutions dealer and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Health Solutions product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Health Solutions warranty will not be valid.

Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Health Solutions resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from Health Solutions. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your Health Solutions product by ensuring that you only purchase Health Solutions products from an Authorized Health Solutions Dealer.
