Shipping Information
U.S. Mainland
We ship all orders using UPS ground, USPS ground, and USPS Priority Mail service. Requested deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS Service.
Expedited Delivery
We can accommodate requests for expedited deliveries by offering USPS Priority Mail service and is calculated from actual time of shipment in accordance with USPS terms and conditions and does not constitute time of delivery from time of order. Rural and extended areas may be subject to additional delays. We make every attempt to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt subject to available inventory. Please note actual delivery time may vary subject to order processing, available inventory, holidays or weekends.
Per the UPS/USPS published shipping policy actual day of shipment, weekends, and published holidays are not considered transit days and should not be included when determining estimated time of delivery.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on weekdays only. UPS/USPS counts business days for ALL transit times. Weekend orders (after noon on Fridays) ship on Mondays - excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we may charge shipping fees a second time if we have to reship/redirect packages for any reason including incorrect addresses and zip codes or missing company names and suite numbers. Please double check your shipping address! Address correction fees are the responsibility of the customer, if we are provided with inaccurate shipping information.
Estimated delivery times for ground only shipments
We attempt to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt subject to available inventory, weekends, and holidays. Depending on where you live, ground only shipping may affect the delivery time from our distribution center in California to your shipping address. If you live within the Pacific time zone, you may not notice any delay in delivery time. Items should reach you within 2-3 days. In Eastern and Midwestern states, however, shipping may take longer from 3-5 days. The color-coded map shown below gives estimated shipping times for ground shipped orders from time of shipment.

Shipments to these locations are made via United States Postal Service. Charges are based on the total weight of your order.
Canadian Shipments
All Canadian shipments will be sent via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Transit time is 10-14 business days from time of shipment. Shipments to Canada are subject to duties and taxes. All duties, taxes and brokers' fees are the customer's responsibility. Actual shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and destination zip code and will be charged for delivery service at our cost there is no free shipping to Canada. Canadian shipments have experienced additional delays due to a reported government slow down and a change in import procedures and customs processing by Canadian Post. We cannot be responsible for any additional charges by Canadian duty or customs that may be applied to orders shipping to Canada.
*Please note that shipments via Standard Ground service to Canada are susceptible to Canadian taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. Any additional taxes or brokerage fees implemented by Canadian customs are not included in the delivery charges, nor are they covered by Health Solutions Medical Products Corporation.
International Shipments
All international shipments are made via United States Postal Service. Charges are based on the total weight of your order and will be charged for delivery service at our cost there is no free shipping on international shipments. Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and merchandise total for insurance charges. Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery. Since it’s not cost effective to ship a partial shipment, we will wait for a temporarily out-of-stock item to arrive in the warehouse before we ship your order.
By finalizing your order you agree to the following terms:
- Freight charges are calculated based on weight and destination postal zip and added to invoice.
- Domestic shipping charges do not apply to international shipments.
- We offer international shipping to most countries countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Health Solutions Medical Products Corp. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer
We will ship your order the best method possible for cost and speed. We reserve the right to send a second invoice detailing any additional charges to your credit card for shipping and handling.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from sinupulse.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Health Solutions Medical Products Corp. (“Health Solutions”) has no control over these charges, or predict what they may be. Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
How long does it take for delivery to International destinations?
We ship internationally using trusted courier services. International orders shipped by USPS will generally arrive in approximately 10-14 business days depending on the country and area shipped to. Once the shipment has left our facility, ownership and responsibility for the package are transferred to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to track and collect the package in a timely manner. All international shipments are subject to additional delays resulting from local carrier delivery and local customs.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE in the event order is refused for ANY reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holder when merchandise is received back in our warehouse unopened and in good condition. Refused orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery and to clear customs - international shipments are subject to additional delays.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from sinupulse.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Important Information Regarding International Shipments!
Recipients are responsible to ensure that all shipments comply with local health regulatory requirements for customs processing and ALL applicable duties and taxes. Our prices do not include duties or your local value-added taxes (VAT). If assessed, these charges are the responsibilities of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office or the carrier. A restocking fee (25%) will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer's refusal to pay duties or taxes, non collection, or incorrect address. If your local customs office does not return packages to sender and instead destroys them or if customer refuses to collect their order after being notified, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Health Solutions Medical Products Corporation (Health Solutions) is not responsible for the confiscated or destroyed package and will not reimburse you.
