Shipping Information
U.S. Mainland
We ship all orders using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail Service. Requested deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS Service.
Expedited Delivery
We can accommodate requests for expedited deliveries by offering USPS Priority Mail service and is calculated from actual time of shipment in accordance with USPS terms and conditions and does not constitute time of delivery from time of order. Rural and extended areas may be subject to additional delays. We make every attempt to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt subject to available inventory. Please note actual delivery time may vary subject to order processing, available inventory, holidays or weekends.
Per the published shipping policy actual day of shipment, weekends, and published holidays are not considered transit days and should not be included when determining estimated time of delivery.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on weekdays only. All carriers count business days for ALL transit times. Weekend orders (after noon on Fridays) ship on Mondays - excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we may charge shipping fees a second time if we have to reship/redirect packages for any reason including incorrect addresses and zip codes or missing company names and suite numbers. Please double check your shipping address! Address correction fees are the responsibility of the customer, if we are provided with inaccurate shipping information.
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands
Shipments to these locations are made via United States Postal Service. Charges are based on the total weight of your order.
Canadian Shipments
All Canadian shipments will generally be sent via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Shipments to Canada are subject to duties and taxes. All duties, taxes and brokers' fees are the customer's responsibility. Actual shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and destination zip code and will be charged for delivery service at our cost there is no free shipping to Canada.
International Shipments
Generally all international shipments are made via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Health Solutions Medical Products Corp reserves the right to use alternative shipping carriers at its discretion to facilitate timely and efficient delivery. Charges are based on the total weight of your order, destination, and service option. Free shipping is not available on international shipments. International shipping charges paid at checkout cover transportation and delivery services only and do not include import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected upon delivery.
By finalizing your order you agree to the following terms:
- Freight charges are calculated based on shipment weight, selected service option, and destination postal code, and will be added to the invoice.
- Domestic shipping charges do not apply to international shipments.
- We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We must receive a working phone number and email address for delivery contact. Ship to addresses must be a USPS International deliverable address.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from sinupulse.com, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are assessed once the shipment reaches the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Health Solutions Medical Products Corp. (“Health Solutions”) has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs authorities in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification or additional documentation before releasing a shipment. Customs policies and import regulations vary widely by country. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for additional information prior to placing an order. Customs clearance procedures and local carrier processing may result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and arranging timely collection or receipt of the package. International shipments may also be subject to delays caused by customs processing, local carrier operations, weather events, or other circumstances beyond Health Solutions’ control.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE In the event an international order is refused for any reason at the time of delivery, the merchandise price only will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned goods are received at our warehouse in unopened and resalable condition. Refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee. If local customs authorities do not return the shipment to the sender and instead destroy it, or if the customer refuses or fails to collect the shipment after being notified, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
